About you:
As a Renewals Specialist, you’ll be the voice that saves the day when customers are thinking of leaving us. You’ll manage customer cancellation and downsell requests with one mission — to retain customers, reduce churn, and improve our Gross Retention Rate.
You’ll engage with customers mainly over the phone and via Live Chat, identifying opportunities to add value, addressing concerns, and providing outstanding service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, combining strong communication skills with resilience, teamwork, and a passion for customer success.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Own and deliver renewal, churn reduction, and upsell targets within your customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to define renewal strategies and engagement plans.
- Maintain accurate renewal opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Proactively secure renewals and contribute to improving retention processes.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Background in software renewals or SaaS environments.
- A true team player who collaborates effectively across departments and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
