About you:
You will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, optimizing talent utilization, and
enabling scalable growth across our global Professional Services organization.
You will be responsible for architecture and execution of a world-class resource management strategy that
ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time, maximizing both customer outcomes and
business performance.
You will provide strategic direction and collaborate with senior business leaders, Professional Services
delivery teams, and cross-functional partners in Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance teams to align resources with strategic priorities, forecast demand, and proactively manage capacity to support
business growth.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Resource Management function, aligning it with the
company's overall objectives.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the Resource Management team, setting clear goals and
expectations, driving accountability and collaboration.
• Design flexible resourcing models that support evolving client needs, new service offerings, and global
expansion
• Define and implement automation and AI technologies to allow us to accelerate our effectiveness and
complement our teams’ workflows and expertise

Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Project Co-ordinators and resource managers, building
the necessary competencies across the team, enabled through professional growth opportunities,
and optimised through best practices.
• Working with the Services Academy, define an academy framework to unlock a recruitment strategy
for hiring for potential backed up by mature development support and training.
• Collaborate with the ES and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and execute a workforce strategy
that aligns with the company's growth plans.
• Leverage our Global Operations Centres as strategic hubs for talent acquisition, recruitment, and
onboarding of resource management professionals.
