About you:

The Partner Sales role is focused on partner-driven sales, working with accounting software partners (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.), ISVs, VARs and accounting firms to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

In this role you will act as a revenue multiplier by converting strategic partner relationships into a scalable customer acquisition engine, directly accelerating growth through channel-driven sales while building the foundation for long-term partner relationships and market expansion.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Generate sales opportunities through partner relationships and inbound leads
  • Conduct product demonstrations and guide prospects through trials
  • Support partner recruitment, training and enablement
  • Manage sales pipeline from demo to customer conversion
  • Participate in online events, industry events and networking

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 2+ years SaaS sales experience with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • 2+ years in SaaS partnerships and account management (preferred)
  • B2B sales expertise with consultative selling approach
  • Technology aptitude - ability to quickly learn new systems and explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
  • Accounting & ERP software familiarity - Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Sage, NetSuite, MS Dynamics
  • Understanding of software integrations and related processes (preferred)
  • Partner ecosystem understanding - ISV, VAR, reseller and referral partner models
  • Channel enablement experience - training partners, creating support materials
  • Relationship cultivation - building long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration - working with marketing, onboarding, support and product teams
  • Bachelor's degree - business, finance or related field (preferred)
  • Accounting / bookkeeping background – ideally with an understanding of AP processes and pain points
