About You:
As an AI Technologist (Machine Learning Engineer) at Access, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, driving change and innovation through the strategic implementation of AI and automation technologies. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and deploying AI-powered solutions that optimize processes, enhance customer success, and create competitive advantages across our SaaS portfolio. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical business solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
Day-to-day, you will:
AI Strategy and Implementation
AI Solution Architecture: Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows that streamline operations across sales, customer success, support, and internal processes
Process Automation: Develop intelligent automation solutions using iPaaS platforms to connect disparate systems, automate data flows, and eliminate manual touchpoints
AI Agent Development: Build and deploy conversational AI agents for customer support, employee assistance, and operational tasks using platforms like Agentforce, Lindy, and custom solutions
Predictive Analytics: Implement AI-powered predictive models for customer churn prevention, lead scoring, and operational forecasting
Customer Success Enhancement
Customer Health Monitoring: Deploy AI tools to analyze customer behavior patterns, usage metrics, and engagement levels to proactively identify at-risk accounts
Automated Onboarding: Design intelligent onboarding workflows that personalize the customer journey based on specific needs and usage patterns
Sentiment Analysis: Implement NLP solutions to analyze customer communications, support tickets, and feedback to understand customer satisfaction in real-time
Success Automation: Create automated check-ins, health assessments, and follow-up actions triggered by specific customer journey events
Integration and Workflow Automation
iPaaS Implementation: Architect and deploy integration solutions using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Tray.io, and Workato to connect our tech stack
API Development: Create custom integrations and API connections to enable seamless data flow between systems
Workflow Optimization: Design multi-step workflows with logic branches and AI processing to handle complex business processes
Data Pipeline Automation: Build automated data migration, synchronization, and health check routines to ensure data integrity
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Technical Skills
4-6 years of relevant experience in the following:
Automation Platforms: Proficiency in PowerAutomate, Workato, n8n, Make.com (formerly Integromat), or similar iPaaS solutions
AI/ML Experience: Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI models including Claude, ChatGPT/GPT-4, and their APIs for building intelligent applications
Programming: Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell for custom automation and integration development
Low-Code/No-Code Tools: Experience with platforms like Zapier, Tray.io, Lindy, or similar visual workflow builders
Database Technologies: Understanding of SQL, MongoDB, and data manipulation for analytics and reporting
API Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT)
Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform for deploying and scaling AI solutions
Business and Analytical Skills
Process Analysis: Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify automation opportunities with clear ROI
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing customer data, usage patterns, and business metrics to drive insights
Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change and adoption of new technologies
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
Highly preferred but not mandatory skills
Experience with advanced AI platforms like Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or custom AI agent frameworks
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
