What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. About you:
You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating across teams to improve processes and performance.

• Experience with territory analysis and optimisation, including coverage assessments and rebalancing proposals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques.
