About you:

You're a driven and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. As one of the first QA team members, you’ll play a key role in shaping testing strategies and supporting both manual and automated testing - especially using Playwright. You work closely with developers to craft clear, effective test plans, and contribute to a culture of learning by using diverse tools and sharing best practices with your peers. Your passion for quality and helping others makes you a vital part of the product development process.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Collaborate with teams to refine requirements, optimize testing focus, and ensure robust test strategies.

• Perform both manual and automated testing, addressing defects and ensuring code reliability across the product.

• Guide QA peers, promote cohesive testing processes, and champion software quality standards across the team.

• Stay current with industry trends, contribute to team discussions, and maintain clear technical documentation for knowledge sharing.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• +5 years in manual and automated testing, with strong backend skills in API testing, SQL database validation, and log analysis.

• Skilled in automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash), and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

• Experienced in testing cron jobs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), and background processes; familiarity with distributed systems and cloud services is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for learning, mentoring, and applying QA best practices in cross-functional teams.
