About you:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our quality assurance initiatives and drive innovative automation solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional who can leverage cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered development assistants, to deliver robust testing frameworks and mentor our growing engineering team.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives across web, mobile, and API domains using modern frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, and RestAssured.

• Integrate and leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin) to enhance test creation, debugging, and team productivity.

• Build scalable automation frameworks, implement CI/CD pipelines, and conduct comprehensive testing including API, database, and system-level validation.

• Guide junior QA engineers, foster collaboration with development teams, and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

• Champion coding standards, explore emerging technologies, and drive continuous improvement in automation and testing processes.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Over 5 years of experience with tools like RestAssured, Selenium, Playwright, and testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, and Jest.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, and CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.

• Skilled in leveraging AI assistants like GitHub Copilot, Devin, and Claude Code to enhance automation workflows.

• Proven success leading enterprise automation initiatives, working in Agile/Scrum teams, and collaborating across development, product, and DevOps.

• Strong analytical abilities, adaptability to evolving tech, mentoring skills, and excellent communication.
