About you:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working primarily with Ruby/Ruby on Rails, with some involvement in JavaScript technologies such as React and Node.js. You'll be part of a global team, contributing to a variety of exciting projects. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to optimise delivery of the best solutions for our customer needs.

We offer opportunities to learn new skills and further develop your existing skill set. Including, if desired, a chance to work with other technologies and programming languages such as Typescript, Go, microservices, and serverless applications.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Design, implement, and improve scalable web applications by writing clean code, debugging, optimizing performance, and participating in reviews.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high code quality and growth.

• Collaborate in Agile teams, contributing to delivery, requirement analysis, and shaping the product’s technical roadmap with leadership.

• Drive process improvements and team initiatives to enhance workflows and support overall team success.

Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:

• 8+ years of web development experience with expertise in Ruby on Rails, Golang, or Python; solid SaaS and cloud (AWS) background.

• Proficient in both frontend (React.js, Node.js) and backend, with experience in automated testing and scalable application development.

• Strong grasp of security, performance, and reliable systems; comfortable improving existing codebases and handling multiple projects.

• Fluent English communication, strong ownership, collaborative mindset, and passion for mentoring and delivering impactful software.
