About you: You're an AI-native developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves writing code with AI tools at your side. You want to build impactful products end-to-end, solve complex problems, and have a real say in technical decisions. You're excited by the idea of being the first engineer for HireAra in Vietnam and growing into a leadership role as we scale the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React, and Node.js.

• Develop backend services and APIs while solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and shaping the engineering culture at HireAra.

Requirements - Must Have:

• 4-6 years of working experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and proven experience with Python backend development and APIs.

• Excellent English communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality code in agile environments.

• Passionate about creating great user experiences and thriving in fast-paced, start-up style environments.

• Skilled in leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance development workflows.

Requirements - Nice to Have:

• Experience in technical architecture and decision-making.

• Experience leading a team.

• Previous start-up or scale-up engineering experience.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).

• Contributions to open-source projects or notable personal projects.

Our Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript

• Backend: Python, Node.js

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or similar)

• Infrastructure: AWS (or other cloud providers)

• Tools: Git, AWS Serverless, CI/CD pipelines

• AI: Prompt engineering, API integrations, AI model-powered features
