About you:
As a QA Engineer, you are expected to have about 3+ years of experience in the Software Development industry testing web-based applications using both manual and automated testing strategies. You will be part of the Product Team, working closely with Engineering, QA Engineers and Product Team members on Implementing the technical design/requirements provided by the business.

- Able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Your day-to-day tasks:
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases (Functional, E2E, Regression, Smoke) using tools like Postman and Playwright.
- Ensure product quality by testing deliverables against requirements and escalating issues through QA processes.
- Follow FastTrack's QA standards and SDLC methodologies. Investigate, troubleshoot, and suggest solutions for defects in existing systems.
- Collaborate with the team to support sprint deliverables, manage risks, and promote a quality-focused mindset.
Skills & Core Competencies:
- Manual testing experience, Functional, E2E, Regression, Smoke testing
- Automated testing experience with tools like Postman, Playwright or other such automation testing frameworks.
- Core technical competency in: SQL Server
- Proficient in analysing data relating to testing. This includes query development and execution. JIRA (Project / Confluence / Xray). Postman. Playwright or equivalent automation framework
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing (Functional, E2E, Regression, Smoke).
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Playwright, and test management tools.
- Strong understanding of structured testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Proven track record working in Agile/Lean environments using the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Beneficial: Knowledge of Recruitment/Payroll systems, ERP/CRM, TypeScript, Cucumber, and VS Code.
