About you:

You are a talented and passion driven individual who values working in a fast-growing environment, delivering high quality client-oriented services and collaborating with your peers. You are a motivated, detail oriented, technical skills and energetic person who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic small-team environment. You learn quickly and are passionate about helping others.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Handle inbound emails, chats, and interactive calls from customers/partners, providing solution-driven responses.

  • Troubleshoot and test issues, determining whether training or technical fixes are needed.

  • Guide customers in understanding and using our products effectively.

  • Maintain strong customer focus by prioritizing needs and ensuring service level requirements are met.

Key performance indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Average 1st response time

  • Outbounds and Inbound Calls

  • Average Resolution Time

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Fluent in English with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer support/technical assistance across phone, email, and chat.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with skills to translate and articulate technical issues clearly.

  • Customer-focused, adaptable team player with sales ability and flexibility to work varied shifts.
