About you:
We are looking for a Highly motivated team player to join our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Division, the Consultant will support our customers with the implementation of their ERP software (Coins). Maintaining responsibility for system requirements gathering and mapping business process. Demonstrating meticulous and persistent problem solving skills, delivering value into our customer base. You will have an understanding of Construction, Home Building or other relevant defined business processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player with the following expertise:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
· Professional qualification or proven experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or related field within the residential and commercial building sector
· Strong foundation in cost planning, cost control, and construction procurement processes with specific knowledge of building industry commercial practices
· Proven project management capabilities with experience coordinating multiple building projects, maintaining schedules, meeting critical deadlines, and delivering results in fast-paced construction environments
· Comprehensive knowledge of construction ERP systems (such as Coins, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) including system setup, testing, user training, and successful deployment across building operations
· Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with talent for translating complex technical construction and commercial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for building professionals
· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all project documentation, cost analysis, and implementation processes
· Proficiency in creating detailed reports and documentation using industry-standard software tools
Your Daily Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver comprehensive training workshops for home builders on Coins ERP modules including Cost Management, Bill of Quantities, Contract Administration, Procurement Management, Subcontractor Management, Construction Cost Control, Valuations and Automated Payment systems
· Lead software demonstrations and requirements gathering sessions for building companies, introducing and reviewing Coins Coding structures tailored to residential and commercial construction cost management
· Provide hands-on training to construction teams on software applications and optimized commercial processes, deliver educational webinars and seminars for internal teams and external building industry clients
· Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities that address the evolving needs of modern home building cost management and commercial operations
Additional Valuable Skills:
· Deep understanding of construction cost planning, building industry measurement standards, and quantity surveying methodologies
· Technical proficiency with database structures, tables, and field configurations relevant to construction cost management
· Expertise in cost reporting, variation management, and commercial valuations for building companies
· Knowledge of document management systems in construction cost control environments
· Strong analytical and problem-solving approach with diplomatic skills for managing complex commercial challenges and stakeholder relationships
· Experience with data file management, configuration for cost data migration, and cost reporting.
