About you:
You’re an experienced implementation consultant with a strong background in SaaS payroll solutions. You bring a deep understanding of UK payroll legislation, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven ability to deliver successful system implementations. With a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for process improvement, you thrive in dynamic environments and are confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels. Your technical aptitude, commercial awareness, and commitment to delivering value make you a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Install, upgrade, and configure Access Software on client sites.
- Deliver user training and provide consultancy (on-site or remote) to support successful implementations.
- Manage client projects using Access Implementation Methodology (AIM), ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices to help clients fully utilise the software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop documentation, training materials, and stay updated on software changes.
- Identify upsell opportunities and liaise with account managers and third parties as needed.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Proven experience in consultancy or implementation roles within a SaaS payroll environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation; Irish payroll experience is a plus.
- Skilled in system implementation, UAT, and end-to-end testing, including parallel runs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL, PL/SQL, or report writing experience desirable.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial acumen with experience presenting to stakeholders up to C-level.
