About you: You are a confident and driven professional with experience in digital software sales - ideally in the learning and development or HR tech space. You understand the evolving needs of corporate learning and employee development, and you're passionate about how technology can support digital transformation in L&D. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to change, and bring a strong grasp of business processes related to training and development. With excellent communication skills, you build rapport easily at all levels of an organization and express ideas in a persuasive, compelling way. Most importantly, you’re enthusiastic about learning technology and its impact on organizational success.
Day-to-day, you will:
Engage and qualify new business prospects by proactively reaching out via Groove automation across LinkedIn, calls, and emails, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in L&D, HR, and senior management.
Understand customer learning and development needs, positioning our Learning Suite - including the LMS and Bookboon upskilling platform - as solutions to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations of our LMS and Bookboon platform, and ensure a smooth handover to the projects team once a sale is made.
Maintain high standards of customer service and data accuracy, ensuring excellent Salesforce hygiene and consistent, professional communication with prospects and customers.
Your skills and responsibilities might also include:
Proven experience in digital software sales, ideally in the learning and development or HR tech space, with a strong grasp of corporate learning needs, employee development, and digital transformation in L&D.
Business-savvy and adaptable, demonstrating a deep understanding of business processes related to training and development, and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and expressing ideas persuasively and compellingly.
Genuine passion for learning technology, with a belief in its power to drive organizational success and employee growth.
