About You
You're a curious and detail-oriented early-career analyst who’s passionate about turning data into meaningful insights. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.
- You enjoy solving problems and spotting trends in data.
- You’re comfortable working with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- You communicate clearly and can explain data in simple terms.
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and excited to learn from others.
Day-to-day, you will:
As a Data Analyst in our Customer Experience team, you’ll play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions that improve how we serve our customers.
- Analyze CX data trends (renewals, support volumes, NPS, retention) to uncover actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports with >98% on-time delivery and >99% data accuracy.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests within 48 hours, supporting internal stakeholders with clear analysis.
- Collaborate on monthly updates and optimization projects, contributing to at least 2 process improvements per quarter.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
We’re looking for someone with foundational data skills and a strong desire to grow. You don’t need to know everything—just be ready to learn and contribute.
- 1–2 years in a data analysis or reporting role, with experience creating visualizations for business use.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), basic SQL (SELECT, JOINs), and Power BI (DAX fundamentals).
- Familiar with CX metrics like NPS, CSAT, and retention, and committed to data accuracy.
- Bonus: Experience with Genie Rooms, Python/R, CX platforms (Zendesk, Intercom), or workflow automation tools.
