Day-to-Day, You Will

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and product support through chat, phone, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.

  • Manage and maintain accurate case records, escalating or resolving issues in line with agreed SLAs.

  • Proactively improve the customer experience by identifying recurring issues, researching solutions, and sharing insights.

  • Promote the Access Customer Success Portal, update Knowledge Base articles, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and develop a strong knowledge of our software products.

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, clear, and empathetic approach toward both customers and colleagues.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities while maintaining focus on quality and results.

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with resilience, enthusiasm, and professionalism—even during busy or challenging periods.
