About you:
You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and delivering strategic hiring outcomes across global Sales and Marketing functions. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing operational excellence with innovative sourcing strategies. Skilled in stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making using analytics, you bring a consultative approach to partnering with senior leaders, including the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring talent strategy align with business objectives. Your ability to lead a global team across multiple time zones, influence, and drive continuous improvement makes you a trusted leader and a key contributor to our global go-to-market success.
Day-to-day, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive global recruitment strategy for all Sales and Marketing roles - from entry-level to executive - ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
Partner with senior leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer, to translate evolving talent needs into actionable hiring plans, while serving as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
Lead, mentor, and inspire global recruitment teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and building regional capabilities that respect local market nuances.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment delivery by implementing scalable best practices, adopting AI and automation tools, and championing a “learn it all” culture through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Own and optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and cost-per-hire, supported by robust reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across Talent, Finance, and HR Business Partnering.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Global Talent Acquisition Leadership: Extensive experience leading and coaching high-performing, geographically dispersed teams, with a focus on upskilling, global alignment and continuous development.
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, including C-suite, aligning talent strategies with business goals in fast-paced SaaS and technology environments.
Advanced Systems & Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging Workday and data analytics tools to drive insights, optimize hiring processes, forecasting and support data-informed decision-making.
Innovative Sourcing & Operational Excellence: Proven success in designing creative sourcing strategies and delivering scalable recruitment operations in high-growth settings.
Based within a commutable distance to London or Loughborough, enabling in-person collaboration when needed
