About you:

As a member of the Digital Sales team, you will be in a hardworking, fast-paced environment and have a portfolio of products to sell. Your role will include finding upsell and cross sell opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career through a progressive software company with a proven record of growth, investment, and stability.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Develop and demonstrate sales expertise, knowing when to seek support, and consistently deliver top-tier customer service and technical knowledge.

  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level customer relationships, understanding their business plans and nurturing opportunities.

  • Lead customer engagements, including hosting meetings, attending exhibitions, presenting sales ideas, and supporting colleagues when needed.

  • Ensure smooth transitions post-sale, coordinating effectively with the projects team for seamless handove

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in selling software digitally is preferable & ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth

  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation

  • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
