About the role:
This Sales Manager position within the Access Recruitment OS Division involves leading a team of 5 Account Managers across 3 APAC locations. The role is responsible for driving customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth through strategic oversight and direct team management. The position requires mentoring and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer experience whilst identifying opportunities to maximise upsell, cross-sell, and renewal success across the existing customer base.
About You
As an experienced Sales Manager, your unique blend of strategic thinking and personal coaching style will empower your Account Managers to consistently exceed their targets. An ability to build meaningful relationships with both your team and customer partners will be the foundation of your success. Your capacity to balance high level strategy with day-to-day team development will be key to driving both individual and collective achievement.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Account Managers across Chatswood, Sydney, Melbourne, and Vietnam
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Account Management team - ensuring accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce hygiene across the team and develop account segmentation strategies to prioritize high-value expansion opportunities
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, implementing improvement plans where needed – supporting team members through complex sales situations and customer escalation – and ensure the team maintains deep product knowledge across the full Recruitment OS suite (FastTrack 360, Vincere, Onboarded, Automate, Profile, SmartAi, Volcanic, Access RDB)
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve conversion rates across upsells, cross-sells, and renewals and champion customer-centric approaches and drive continuous improvement in customer experience
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for the Account Management function
- Collaborate with New Business, Digital Sales, and Presales teams to maximize customer lifetime value, providing insight to senior leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Proven experience leading and developing sales or account management teams (minimum 3-4 years)
- Strong track record in B2B SaaS sales or account management, preferably in recruitment, payroll, or HR tech
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams across multiple locations
- Excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies
- Ability to run software demonstrations and coach others to do the same
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven with a customer-first mindset and strategic thinking ability
- Commitment to self-development and lifelong learning
