About the role
As an Account Manager for our Access Accountants Division, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to deliver product upsells, cross- sells and new business. A major focus will be on delivering real value, thought leadership and fostering long-term partnerships with our customers.
About You
In this Account Manager position, you’ll play a crucial role in the overall success of the team, supporting our existing customer base and contributing to our revenue growth objectives. You will be confident providing demonstrations for applicable Accountants products and services and be confident focusing on the forecasting cadence and accuracy.
Day-to-day, you will be focused on:
- Proactively engaging with customers, understanding their challenges or barriers to growth, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell relevant products to deliver solutions to drive their businesses forward.
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients, guiding them through their journey with Access Accountants, collaborating closely with Customer Success to nurture and uphold robust relationships.
- Understanding and communicating the value, key benefits and how the Access Accountants solutions solve key business challenges for accounting firms.
- Developing a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services - being able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offering.
- Hitting or exceeding sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management in a SaaS environment (Accountants industry expertise is an advantage)
- Demonstrable knowledge of pipeline generation, deal execution and executive customer engagement.
- The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a wider team.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- System Knowledge – CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.
