Day-to-day, you will:
- Provide support to all company employees through the internal ticketing system (Access Assist) and to the management team, in accordance with current legislation and internal personnel administration procedures.Offer assistance to new employees during the onboarding process.
- Conduct necessary checks for the hiring process in line with internal procedures.
- Create employee accounts and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in internal HR systems.
- Manage contractual and internal employment-related documents, send required communications, and update employees’ electronic files in a timely manner.Support the management of information related to individual employment contracts and contractual changes, including the preparation of contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
- Assist internal stakeholders in correctly implementing HR policies and procedures and respond to employee inquiries through internal applications and communication channels.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Handling medical leave documentation and recording leave data in internal systems.Managing special leave requests and ensuring accurate system updates.
- Sending updated employee information to payroll teams in line with internal processes.
- Managing contractual and internal documents and sending communications to employees and direct supervisors according to procedures. Supporting the creation and delivery of HR data and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal and external stakeholders, including state authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Providing support in employee benefits administration in alignment with internal procedures. Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Supporting the implementation and execution of HR projects.
- Performing other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or higher management levels, in accordance with professional competencies and legal requirements
