About You
You are passionate about Customer Success and thrive on resolving customer issues. You don’t settle for the basics and are driven to excel both professionally and personally. You have experience managing large customer portfolios, are analytical and comfortable with data, and excel at problem-solving. Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders comes naturally to you.
Day-to-Day, You Will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring adoption and satisfaction
- Proactively monitor customer health scores, NPS, and support cases to identify risks and opportunities
- Lead resolution of escalated issues, coordinating across Product, Support, and Professional Services
- Deliver quarterly Success Webinars and Customer Events to drive engagement and retention
