About you:
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer with strong skills in large website projects, UX, CRO and SEO to join our digital team.
This is an exciting time to join Access and you’ll be getting stuck in straight away so we’re looking for someone who really knows digital and has great experience to draw from.
We need someone with deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO and UX and has proven experience of spearheading positive change while baking in best practice – your results should speak for themselves.
You’ll be a data-driven problem solver and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll have a skill for communicating technical information in an accessible way.
Day-to-day, you will:
Drive lead generation by creating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites and leading a team of Web Leads across SEO, UX, and CRO.
Analyze website performance, provide actionable recommendations, and manage test-and-learn initiatives to improve onsite conversion.
Deliver onsite optimizations and content updates, focusing on technical SEO, content, and offsite strategies.
Act as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner, ensuring commercial and customer-focused outcomes.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Proven experience in project management for technical/digital projects and leading teams while fostering a positive culture.
Strong data literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to report performance accurately and accessibly using tools like GA, Search Console, SEMrush, HotJar, and Looker Studio.
Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, as well as UX and CRO best practices.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco is a plus) and delivering technical/digital requirements across large-scale website projects.
