About you:

The Finance Intern will support the finance team in various aspects of finance operations and process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic finance environment, providing an opportunity to learn and contribute to key financial processes and gain insights into strategic finance functions. The intern will work closely with team members across Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC) functions, as well as with payroll, supporting day-to-day finance operations and special projects. You may be assigned to one of the following Finance functions.

You may be assigned to one of the following Finance functions:

Procure to Pay (PTP):

  • Assist with reviewing and processing invoices to ensure compliance
  • Assist in reviewing and processing claim reimbursements
  • Support the team in addressing queries

Order to Cash (OTC):

  • Assist in processing of sales orders and issuance of invoices
  • Assist with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support credit control activities inclusive of collections and addressing customer queries.

Payroll:

  • Assist in validation of timesheets
  • Assist in payroll administration and maintenance of employee records
  • Support the team in resolving employee queries

Your qualification might also include:

  • Current enrolment or graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
