About you:
Access is seeking a Product & Engineering (P&E) Change Implementation Manager. You will join our dynamic P&E Operations team. You will be working with colleagues from across the group where you will support and lead on change throughout the P&E function. You will be accountable for leading and managing change initiatives together with a range of supporting activities with clear direction and oversight.
This is an exciting and varied role, working within a team that supports operations and change within P&E, contributing to the rollout of key initiatives and helping to establish processes, tooling and documentation.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Own, manage or support specific change initiatives across the P&E function, developing implementation plans with defined timelines and success criteria.
- Execute communication strategies to engage impacted stakeholders throughout change processes.
- Run pilots, manage and support early adopters to assess the impact of change and make amendments as appropriate.
- Coordinate the implementation of new tools, processes or automations, and associated rollout activities.
- Design and document new processes where appropriate, ensuring they align with P&E best practices and business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to users and stakeholders during and after implementation phases, via briefings, workshops or enablement materials.
- Track progress against implementation deliverables and measure implementation success.
- Gather feedback post-change to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain tracking and reporting for change initiatives
- Support BAU activities and software/license tracking
- Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the implementation lifecycle, escalating issues appropriately
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communications and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and create effective working relationships
- Experience in managing projects and coordinating change initiatives
- Ability to create training materials and facilitating learning sessions
- Flexible and adaptable approach to change and ambiguity
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track progress, measure success, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong experience of working in a software delivery environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
- Ability to work independently, with appropriate guidance
- Ability to work at pace managing multiple competing priorities
