About you:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in a tech-driven environment, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technical and non-technical talent. You will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and cutting-edge tools to build strong pipelines for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other tech professionals. Your work ensures the company stays competitive in attracting innovative minds.
Key Responsibilities

Proactive Sourcing & Market Research
Identify and engage passive candidates for technical and leadership roles using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
Develop creative sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and social recruiting.
Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to understand emerging tech trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Candidate Engagement & Screening
Build relationships with candidates through personalized outreach and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
Pre-screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Provide insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing challenges.

Data-Driven Reporting
Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, response rates, and conversion ratios.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience sourcing for technical roles in a fast-paced tech environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
