Key Responsibilities
- Manage case management system: allocate emails, track and close cases.
- Handle PO process: send pro forma invoices, follow up for purchase orders.
- Update systems with accurate contract and billing data.
- Support cash collection and assist Renewals and Retentions teams.
- Answer inbound calls and log cases correctly.
- Manage cancellations process and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare and update renewal quotes, credit notes, and documentation.
- Interact with customers to explain pricing and terms.
- Track renewal commitments and proactively follow up.
- Respond to internal requests using CRM and accounting systems.
- Ensure contract enforcement and perform miscellaneous duties.
Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on calls.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting/finance and prior customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to improve processes.
