About you:
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Interns to support our high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment. This role is critical to optimizing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through efficient administrative processes and data-driven insights. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in data management and analysis.
Day-to-day, you will:
CRM & Sales Operations Management - Maintain customer databases, support CRM workflows, and ensure data integrity across sales systems through data entry, data cleansing, and data validation
Sales Process Support - Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales teams, support the coordination of initiatives, and support cross-functional communication
Sales Enablement & Technology – Support the implementation of sales technology stack, train team members, and implementation of automation workflows
Reporting and Analytics – Support the team in reporting, maintaining existing or creating new reports/dashboards as needed to address business needs.
Detailed Responsibilities:
CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update customer/prospect data in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar platforms)
Assist with CRM workflows, automation rules, and sales processes by managing data input and uploads.
Perform data administrative duties including data entry, data cleansing, and data validation
Conduct regular data quality checks and database maintenance activities
Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards.
Partner with cross-functional teams across APAC to understand nuances in the data and ensure data accuracy from leads, bookings to revenue.
Support data integrity and ensure accurate record-keeping across all sales systems
Sales Process Support
Assist with lead qualification and opportunity management.
Provide administrative support for tasks, documentation, and follow-ups.
Provide administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams.
Assist with the gathering of key information and preparing reports or presentations relating to performance or for business reviews
Support cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams
Assist with managing sales materials, presentations, and product documentation
Support and coordinate other local or ad-hoc initiatives and programs as required
Support maintenance of sales process documentation.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be available for the full 4–6-month period.
Internship start date: January 2025 intake
Current enrolment or graduation of a degree programme with a substantial quantitative, data and computing component, including but not restricted to computing, mathematics, statistics, bioinformatics or engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with Tableau, Power BI, Databricks and SQL.
"Can-do / Will-do" attitude in supporting the business.
Essential Criteria:
Technical Skills: Recent experience with Microsoft Excel and careful file management.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to identifying and correcting data errors.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and methodical working habits.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and able to work independently with good judgement on when to request clarification on work.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated curiosity and ability to solve data-related problems.
Experience: Previous coursework or other experience with data collection, entry, management or analysis using Excel, SQL or BI tools.
