About you:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results driven Campaign Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing campaigns across our Small Business Division products: Unleashed, ProspectCRM, and Mintsoft. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to gain hands on experience delivering Go To Market campaigns, thematic initiatives, and product launches that generate qualified pipeline and drive business results.
You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and cross functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels, bringing marketing initiatives to life through events, digital channels, and nurture programmes. This role offers significant exposure to all aspects of campaign marketing with a clear pathway for career development within our growing marketing function.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Campaign Execution: Execute integrated Go To Market campaigns, thematic marketing initiatives, and product launches across the Small Business Division, working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver campaign plans from concept through to performance analysis.
- Nurture Programme Management: Manage and optimise nurture programmes across the Small Business Division to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates, developing segmented content journeys that move prospects through the funnel.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support campaign development, messaging, and channel planning for our small business customer base.
- ICP & Persona Development: Develop deep understanding of ideal customer profiles and buyer personas across our product portfolio, using insights to inform campaign targeting, messaging, and content creation.
- Multi Channel Campaign Delivery: Execute campaigns across all marketing channels including digital advertising, email marketing, content syndication, social media, and direct mail, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Event & Sponsorship Support: Support event marketing and sponsorship activations by executing integrated campaign activities that bring thematic campaigns to life through these channels, from initial planning through to post event nurturing and follow up.
- Content Creation & Management: Create marketing assets including email sequences, landing pages, social media content, and campaign materials that resonate with target audiences and support campaign objectives.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Track and report on campaign performance metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and engagement, using insights to identify optimisation opportunities and improve results.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities and product launches across all Small Business Division products.
- Lead Management: Support lead qualification and nurturing processes, ensuring smooth handoffs and follow up on marketing generated opportunities.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Marketing experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments, with demonstrable experience executing marketing campaigns
- Proven experience delivering multi channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems, with ability to build and optimise workflows
- Good analytical skills with experience using data to measure campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling campaign content across multiple formats
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Understanding of ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and target audience segmentation
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Based in the UK with willingness to travel for events and team meetings
