About you:
You will work in an exciting and collaborative team, who are focused on, and enjoy, supporting our employee platforms and colleagues. You're passionate about Employee Systems, change delivery, process improvement and problem solving with a sense of fulfilment in helping others. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively to our colleagues, leaders, and within the team. You're knowledgeable and excited about embracing AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in how we work.
Day-to-day, you will:
Build, maintain and enhance integrations & new software solutions for our internal and 3rd party systems, ensuring seamless data flow across our employee platforms ecosystem.
Develop and deploy AI-powered automations using tools such as Claude, n8n and Workato to streamline HR processes and reduce manual workload.
Collaborate with the Employee Success (HR) team to design, test and implement new system features and workflow improvements.
Support and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, responding to queries from the Employee Success team and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
Use AI coding assistants such as Devin to accelerate development work, improve code quality and explore innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Write and maintain scripts, APIs and data pipelines to support system integrations, reporting and data quality initiatives.
Assist with system configuration, security management and user access controls across our employee platforms.
Analyse data, perform data cleansing activities and prepare datasets for imports, migrations and system updates.
Document technical solutions, integration processes and system configurations to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and integration tools, identifying opportunities to apply them to improve our employee systems and processes.
Skills and Experience:
Some experience with system integrations, APIs or workflow automation tools (experience with Workato, n8n or similar platforms is a plus)
Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday, or a willingness to learn quickly
Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, SQL) with an enthusiasm to develop these further
Demonstrable experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or AI coding assistants like Devin
Comfortable working with data – able to analyse, cleanse and transform datasets for system imports and reporting
Problem-solving mindset with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically
Good understanding of how business processes translate into system workflows and integrations
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
Self-motivated learner who enjoys exploring new technologies and finding better ways to do things
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment, balancing independent work with team support
Attention to detail, particularly when working with data and system configurations
