About you:
You’ll be part of the Learning Services team supporting customers, partners, and colleagues with access to eLearning, resolving training queries, and keeping our Learning Management System (LMS) accurate and up to date. This is a hands-on operations internship where you’ll learn how technology, customer support, and training delivery connect.
Please note that this role will be offered as a 4-month internship opportunity, ideally from 2nd March to 30th June 2026.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Customer & learner support: Monitor the Learning Services inbox; action queries within the 48‑hour SLA (or 72 hours during peak periods).
- Training provisioning: Provision customer, partner and colleague access to eLearning within the SLA; ensure records are accurate.
- Webinar support: Assist with creation, scheduling, logistics, and post‑webinar assets (recordings and materials).
- LMS upkeep: Maintain and update learning catalog items, enrollments, and data quality.
- Reporting: Produce weekly revenue and monthly training reports with high accuracy.
- Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline processes, FAQs, and playbooks.
- Ad hoc duties aligned to Learning Services operations.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Availability: Full‑time ideally from 2 March to 30 June 2026.
- Enrollment: Currently studying at a university (fields like Learning/Education, HR, Business, or related are welcome).
- Communication: Clear written and verbal skills; customer‑focused and positive.
- Organisation: Able to prioritise daily/weekly/monthly tasks and manage multiple items.
- Tools: Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint (e.g., pivot tables, basic lookups, data validation).
- Ownership: Comfortable working independently once trained, and collaborating in a team.
