About you
You are excited about working for a best in class, fast growing Software house and solve business-critical problems for our customers.
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and are a creative thinker.
You are passionate about software and its potential to move organizations forward through innovation.
You also have the desire to help your customers by giving them a best in class service!
Day-to-day, you will:
Provide high-level customer service and product support via chat, telephone, and email, resolving queries in line with agreed SLAs.
Maintain accurate case records in the case management system, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Support continuous improvement of the customer experience by identifying trends, researching challenges, and proposing solutions.
Promote the Access Customer Success Portal and contribute to Knowledge Base content by writing, editing, and updating articles.
Your skills and experience include:
The ability to quickly develop strong knowledge of software products and grasp technical concepts and new functionality.
Strong communication skills, remaining calm, professional, and customer-focused when handling challenging queries.
Flexibility, self-organization, and the ability to work at pace while managing shifting priorities and busy periods.
A collaborative mindset, acting as a role model for best practice, delivering high-quality results, and contributing positively to the team.
