Key performance indicators:

  • Deliver features that boost satisfaction, adoption, and retention while reducing support tickets.

  • Shorten development cycles and improve sprint velocity through clear requirements and strong collaboration.

  • Drive higher feature utilization, positive feedback, and overall NPS improvements.

  • Advance personal product ownership skills and deepen warehouse management expertise.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in product ownership, business analysis, or product management, ideally within B2B software.

  • Strong agile expertise, including user story writing, requirement gathering, and close collaboration with development teams.

  • Operational & analytical capability, with understanding of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain processes, plus experience using tools like Jira/Confluence and data analysis for product performance.
