About you:

You will serve as a critical link between sales teams and revenue operations, ensuring seamless data flow, process efficiency, and analytical insights that drive business decisions.

This role combines technical expertise in CRM administration with strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.

You will maintain data integrity across multiple platforms, deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis, and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

We've grown our market to thousands of clubs and organisations across the UK and Ireland over the past ten years, helping our clients make their businesses more efficient and successful.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Reporting & Analysis

· Create and maintain recurring reports and analytical dashboards that track key revenue metrics

· Deliver sales presentation analysis to support leadership decision-making

· Facilitate data-driven discussions with sales teams, translating complex data into actionable insights

· Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and respond to weekly stakeholder requests

  • Data Quality & System Management

· Monitor pipeline health to identify and flag deal inconsistencies, including pricing anomalies, unrealistic close dates, and post-validation data changes

· Maintain data integrity across the entire tech stack through regular consistency checks and quality assurance processes

· Manage multi-platform data synchronization to ensure seamless information flow between systems

· Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, system issues, and integration errors

  • Process Optimization & Automation

· Build, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards and forecast calculation models

· Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual processes

· Develop and document best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across the sales organization

· Support sales process optimization through identification of friction points and implementation of solutions

  • Sales Enablement & Training

· Train sales teams on system updates, process enhancements, and new tools or workflows

· Maintain comprehensive trackers for campaigns, incentives, and promotional activities, including spend tracking and ROI analysis

· Provide ad hoc project support, including hands-on creation of new processes, CRM updates, and associated training

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Technical Skills: 2+ years hands-on HubSpot CRM experience (including workflow creation, automation, and audits); advanced Excel proficiency; strong database management principles; preferred SQL knowledge and multi-platform data synchronization.

  • Business & Operational Expertise: Familiarity with sales/revenue operations, pipeline management, and forecasting; ability to translate data into actionable insights; experience maintaining data quality and performing system audits.

  • Project & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong cross-functional collaboration; demonstrated project management capabilities; experience creating and delivering training materials.

  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, adaptable in fast-paced environments; strong communicator who can present complex information clearly and work independently.
