About you:
Join our specialist Service Management team as we transform IT service delivery through intelligent automation, modern integrations, and cutting-edge ITSM tooling. You'll be a key driver in our mission to supercharge IT&O's capability across our global enterprise.
Day-to-day, you will:
Continuously evolve our ITSM platform (Freshservice) to ensure it remains highly available, robust, and empowering for all users
Deliver maintenance and break-fix solutions for tooling issues and fulfil BAU requests for system changes
Manage and administer our enterprise ITSM ecosystem including Freshservice, Device42 CMDB, and the integrations we have with other business solutions
Develop and maintain integrations between ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise systems using REST APIs
Your skills and experiences might also include:
ITSM Platforms: Management and administration experience with enterprise ITSM toolsets
ITIL Framework: Demonstrable application of ITIL principles in large enterprise environments
Programming: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or Java
API Development: Hands-on experience developing REST API integrations for automation and tooling connectivity
