About you:

You’ll lead an experienced and established team of Account Managers (c.3–4) operating across the People MLB, with a strong focus on Select and adjacent Access People solutions in this exciting growth chapter. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you’ll remain an individual contributor with your own revenue target.

This team sits at the intersection of People technology, HCM software, and AI-driven innovation, all delivered through Access Evo. The expectation is clear: disciplined forecasting, consistent performance, and high-quality customer outcomes.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Account Managers, with regular collaboration to maintain pace and quality
  • Owning your own sales target while ensuring the team delivers against forecast and overall revenue goals
  • Managing and expanding a mixed customer portfolio across Select Products and the wider People MLB
  • Driving cross-sell and upsell across the existing customer base, alongside selective new logo acquisition
  • Producing accurate, disciplined forecasts with clear visibility of deal progression, risk, and in-month performance
  • Embedding the Access Way sales methodology, focusing on behaviours as well as results
  • Coaching through deal inspection, live opportunity support, and modelling strong commercial discipline
  • Feeding structured customer and market insight back into Product and specialist teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions
  • Building a high-trust, performance-led team culture that is competitive, collaborative, and accountable

Your skills and experience may also include:

  • Proven experience as a sales leader who still sells—you lead from the front and know what good looks like
  • Strong background in B2B software sales; experience in HCM, People systems, or adjacent platforms is highly desirable
  • High commercial and analytical capability, with evidence of using data to diagnose performance and drive change
  • Confidence in forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management without micromanagement
  • Ability to make clear, timely decisions and execute in a fast-moving environment
  • Commercial credibility with customers and strong internal stakeholder management skills
  • Genuine interest in People technology, Access software, and how Access Evo and AI are reshaping HCM
