About you
You’ll lead and develop a team of Renewal Account Managers, helping them succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You’ll create a culture of performance, growth, and accountability while ensuring we meet our renewal and retention goals. You’ll balance hands‑on coaching with strategic oversight, using data to guide decisions, support your team, and deliver consistent, high‑quality results.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Renewal Account Managers, running regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and development conversations.
- Track team performance using renewal targets and key metrics, identifying risks early and taking action to improve results.
- Provide real‑time coaching through call reviews, pipeline discussions, and deal support to help your team handle negotiations and customer challenges.
- Work with other teams across Access to resolve complex customer issues, improve processes, and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM data.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience leading sales or renewal teams in a fast‑paced B2B or SaaS environment.
- Confidence using data to drive decisions, spot trends, and guide coaching conversations.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and developing others.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and renewal processes, including forecasting and pipeline management.
