About you
You’ll manage a portfolio of our most strategic, high‑value customers, leading renewal conversations with senior stakeholders and helping protect and grow long‑term revenue. You’ll take a consultative approach, using your experience to guide complex renewals, solve challenges, and create a smooth experience for enterprise and Elevate customers. You’ll build strong relationships, think strategically, and work confidently across multiple teams to deliver great outcomes.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Lead renewal discussions with senior decision‑makers, developing account‑specific renewal strategies and managing complex contract negotiations.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, using customer insights, product usage, and business goals to guide renewal planning.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues, reduce risks, and identify growth opportunities during the renewal cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, share insights that improve how we manage strategic renewals, and support other team members with your expertise.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios in B2B software or SaaS.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, especially with multi‑year agreements and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to use CRM tools (like Salesforce) and customer data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with value‑based selling or customer success methods.
