About you
You’ll be a key part of our Customer Experience team, focusing on helping customers renew their agreements with Access. You’ll lead customer renewal conversations, using our Renewal Portal to manage and execute renewal activities, while supporting customers to see the continued value of our products and services.
You’ll speak with customers mainly over the phone and via Live Chat, answering questions, spotting renewal opportunities, and delivering an excellent service experience. You’ll act as a problem‑solver, a relationship‑builder, and a trusted voice for both the customer and Access.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Lead and complete customer renewals using the Renewal Portal, ensuring data is accurate and opportunities are correctly maintained in Salesforce.
- Work with Sales Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to agree on renewal strategies and customer engagement approaches.
- Provide clear forecasting of upcoming renewals and ensure the customer journey throughout the renewal process meets Access standards.
- Look for ways to increase adoption, satisfaction, and retention, and share ideas that help improve how we renew and retain customers.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in Renewals, Sales, Retention, or Customer Success.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
- Strong communication, resilience, and objection‑handling skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
