About you:
You enjoy working with details and making sure people are paid accurately and on time. You are comfortable working with different payroll systems, supporting colleagues, and staying calm when things get busy. You take pride in keeping things compliant, organised and clear, and you like helping others understand payroll processes in a simple way.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across APAC countries, working with both internal systems and external payroll partners.
• Check and validate salary details like overtime, shift allowances and other payments to make sure everything is accurate.
• Keep payroll compliant by handling statutory deductions, tax requirements and audit needs.
• Work closely with colleagues on onboarding, offboarding and employee updates, while supporting payroll queries in a timely and friendly way.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience using payroll systems such as Easy Pay or Workday.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll rules and regulations in different countries.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Excel for calculations and reporting.
• Experience handling ANZ payroll.
