Overview
Member of a focused, specialist team providing support and expertise to execute the Paid Media. A hands-on specialist of Google Paid Search, Meta, Tik Tok LinkedIn, YouTube and GDN advertising + experienced with Twitter ads.
On a daily basis, you will work collaboratively with Regional Marketing Managers and the wider Marketing Team to create and capture demand using a variety of digital channels.
You will be responsible for delivering paid digital MQL’s within budget and channel CAC. You have a proven history of achieving results; and must be a team player who looks to solve problems and is happy to muck in to get the job done in a fast & agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Paid Lead role will be responsible for the strategy, management and optimisation of the Tradify digital channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Define the strategy, and manage the implementation and optimisation of our digital channel performance including Paid Search, Review Sites, Meta, Tik Tok, App Store and Google Play Store etc.
- Identify and test new digital lead gen opportunities to increase the volume of MQL’s (and sales)
- Manage and optimise the performance of digital top-of-funnel brand campaigns to increase reach, content views and drive future demand
- Ownership of the paid digital strategy and responsible for driving growth, efficiency, ROI and continuously evolving the strategy as we grow
- Ownership of paid digital landing page performance and ongoing optimisation to improve conversion
- Develop and implement a plan to improve efficiency and conversion rates from paid digital
- Oversight and involvement of creative assets for digital channels
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on digital channel and campaign performance to measure and optimise ROI and CAC
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Demonstrates a passion for Digital and experience across multiple Channels is a must.
- Commercial awareness, Analytical mind + Eye for detail – Ability to see through the Customers’ eyes and articulate via real insight and data, where improvements are needed to achieve a 1st class Website/Content/Buyer Journey experience
- Proven 5-8 years’ experience in Paid Media hands-on management roles
- Proven experience AND success executing multi-channel digital marketing plans
- A deep understanding and experience in digital lead generation and conversion rate optimisation.
- Thrives on implementing, managing and optimising the performance of a variety of digital channels, including but not limited to websites, Paid Search, Review Sites, App Stores, Facebook etc, to drive global demand generation.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Playstore, Facebook etc
- Track record of innovation and marketing experimentation, with clear examples of truly unique ways they’ve successfully driven digital demand.
- Demonstrable experience driving and owning the paid digital strategy with examples of the outcomes the strategy was driving e.g. growth, efficiency, reducing CAC payback etc
- Analytical thinker with experience in campaign reporting, A/B testing design and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience testing different messaging, creative, tactics, strategies and approaches and rigorously tracking performance to measure ROI and CAC. Real passion and interest in constantly improving effectiveness.
- Can demonstrate skills and experience required to build productive cross-functional relationships and collaborate to identify growth opportunities.
- High level of curiosity and innovative thinking.
- Action-oriented.
