  • Define success metrics, monitor results, and take accountability for delivering conversion improvements against growth targets.

Website & App Performance & Analytics

Tracking, Attribution & Measurement

  • Own event tracking and tagging implementation across web and app environments (GTM, analytics, attribution platforms)
  • Ensure accurate measurement of key user interactions, funnel performance, and conversion events across digital touchpoints
  • Partner to the Digital Product Owner, defining tracking and optimisation requirements and supporting delivery with Product and Engineering teams

Growth Channel & Conversion Initiatives

  • Optimise onsite visibility and performance of key growth drivers including CRM capture, lifecycle journeys, and referral programmes
  • Improve conversion across supporting channels (e.g. EDM journeys, referral flows, and lead capture and CRM integration flows)
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to test and implement new conversion opportunities across the digital funnel

SEO & User Experience Optimisation

  • Deliver improvements to website experience, usability, and performance to support acquisition and conversion goals
  • Execute technical and on-page SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Implement and manage ongoing website optimisation and content updates

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 4–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, web optimisation, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven experience improving website conversion rate and user journeys
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Experience with event tracking, tagging, and attribution frameworks
