About you:
You enjoy speaking with customers and helping them find the right digital solutions for their legal needs. You are confident working in a fast-moving environment and you build strong relationships with people at all levels. You keep things organised, communicate clearly and you are comfortable guiding customers through the buying process. Your legal knowledge helps you understand your customers’ challenges and offer support that feels relevant and practical.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Handle a high volume of customer queries and respond in a clear and helpful way.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across legal firms and legal teams.
• Host meetings with customers at all levels, making sure the conversation is simple and easy to follow.
• Work closely with our projects team to make sure handovers are smooth once a sale is agreed.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in digital software sales, with legal sector experience being a strong advantage.
• A clear understanding of how legal teams work, including common legal processes and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain ideas in a simple and persuasive way.
• The ability to adapt quickly in a busy and growing environment.
