About you
You’re a motivated Project Manager who cares about technology and takes pride in doing great work. You enjoy working with others, sharing ownership of outcomes, and helping teams deliver better results. You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, learning continuously, and supporting colleagues. You collaborate with teams across the divisions and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver projects, developing clear project plans with support from the Program Manager—covering timelines, resources, and RAID management—while monitoring progress and adapting as needed.
- Improve processes, working with teams to boost efficiency, reduce risks, and address issues across programs and projects.
- Drive key initiatives, helping to move IT & Operations projects forward and ensuring they align with divisional goals.
- Engage stakeholders, keeping communication clear and ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience supporting change management in a software or operational environment.
- Strong project or program management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working in virtual, global, or cross‑functional teams.
