About you:
As a New Member Consultant for ChangeGPS, a member of the Access Group, you will be able to capitalise on the strong inbound marketing of the company and strategic outbound campaigns to build relationships that convert into Sales. You’ll also be focusing on new logos, specializing in firms with 5-20 ChangeGPS Users. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent internal handover information to our onboarding and support teams to maintain client momentum and promote rapid adoption of our products.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Respond promptly to inquiries – coming in via website, email or other channels – and engage with potential clients, understanding their pain points and effectively communicating the value proposition of our tax planning and automated advice reporting software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, tailoring your approach to addressing their unique needs, challenges and objectives.
- Be used to maintaining accurate and current CRM reporting and provide regular updates to the sales manager on key metrics around lead conversion rates, pipeline health and overall sales performance
- Collaborate effectively with the onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients, promoting rapid adoption and driving customer success.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Previous experience and proven success in inbound sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- Possessing consultative selling skills, asking probing questions and actively listening to customer needs
- CRM and sales tool proficiency – tracking and managing leads and maintaining accurate records
- An ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success and product development – demonstrating adaptability and resilience when facing changing priorities and market conditions – handling rejections or objections with a positive mindset
