About you
You’re an experienced project manager who enjoys fast‑paced environments, takes full ownership of outcomes, and knows how to balance customer needs with commercial goals. You can adapt quickly, guide people through change, and build strong relationships with both technical and non‑technical teams.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Lead projects from handover through to delivery, ensuring outcomes, timelines and customer satisfaction stay on track.
- Work with customers to define requirements, manage expectations and keep everyone aligned throughout delivery.
- Spot risks early and resolve issues quickly, keeping projects moving and protecting delivery quality.
- Track budgets, monitor progress and make decisions that support both customer success and project profitability.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience delivering SaaS or change projects, ideally using agile or evolving‑requirements approaches.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance scope, value and profitability.
- Confidence working with different stakeholder groups across technical and non‑technical areas.
- Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP (useful but not essential).
