About you:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimise our Salesforce environment supporting 5,000+ users. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user enablement across the organisation.
You will act as the primary system administrator, supporting daily operations, driving automation, and continuously improving how Salesforce serves business needs.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Act as the primary system administrator for a Salesforce environment supporting 5,000+ users, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, page layouts, custom fields, reports, and dashboards to support business operations.
• Automate and optimise processes using Salesforce tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to enhance adoption across the organisation.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce.com, including custom objects, fields, flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Experience managing user permissions, data imports/exports, system upgrades, and maintaining database integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train users, provide end-user support, and clearly articulate complex processes to diverse stakeholders.
