We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. About you

You are a dynamic, solutions-focused HR professional who enjoys collaborating with leaders and supporting a positive employee experience. You feel confident managing a wide range of employee relations cases, coaching leaders, and helping teams navigate change. You enjoy improving processes, simplifying ways of working, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide clear and practical advice to leaders on performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary issues and wellbeing, ensuring they use our processes effectively.

  • Manage a variety of employee relations cases, escalating complex or high-risk situations and working towards timely, fair outcomes.

  • Support restructures and exits by partnering with Senior ES Advisers, ES Business Partners and Legal Counsel.

  • Coach and guide leaders, identifying opportunities to build capability and providing support to associate ES Advisers.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience as an HR/ES Adviser in a fast-paced environment, ideally with hands-on employee relations case management.

  • Confidence in coaching and influencing leaders on employment matters while building strong, trusted relationships.

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases.

  • Experience supporting change projects, improving processes and using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
