About you:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data‑driven Content Lead who can shape and deliver a high‑impact content strategy across the Access People Mid‑Market & Large Business division. In this role, you will take ownership of four key content pillars—Performance, Thought Leadership, Product/Campaign, and Sales Enablement—to position Access PeopleXD Evo as the credible alternative to Workday, HiBob, and Oracle. You will bring a strong editorial mindset, excellent writing skills, and a passion for turning complex ideas into compelling stories that drive demand, build authority, and accelerate pipeline.

Day to day will:

  • Design and execute content strategies that guide HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders through the autonomous buying journey—delivering SEO/GEO‑optimised content, thought leadership, product deep dives, and customer advocacy.
  • Create high‑impact content assets—including pillar pages, comparison guides, research reports, ROI tools, landing pages, case studies, and demo-focused assets—that prove our live AI capabilities and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital/PPC, Sales Enablement, Creative, ABM, and Demand Generation teams to ensure content accuracy, performance, and alignment with campaigns and events.
  • Measure and optimise content performance, refresh high‑value pages, repurpose long‑form assets, and respond quickly to market triggers such as HR compliance updates, industry shifts, and competitive activity.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Strong editorial capability with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex HR tech concepts into clear, outcome‑focused messaging.
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO, web traffic analysis, and GEO, with the ability to drive organic demand and improve keyword performance across strategic content pillars.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously—across product launches, campaigns, deadlines, and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS/HCM content marketing, ideally with exposure to HR technology, ABM strategies, competitive positioning, and multi-channel content distribution.
