About you

You’ll join us as the Global Operations Enablement & Delivery Lead, a role where you help shape how people learn, grow, and succeed across our Global Operations Centre in Timișoara. You’ll design and deliver programmes that support new joiners, develop leaders, and strengthen the culture and performance of a 500+ consultant organisation. You’ll work closely with teams across Global Operations, Employee Success, Product, and Digital Content to make sure our people have the skills, confidence, and clarity they need to thrive.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programmes such as Access Citizens, Access Citizens + Leaders, Divisional Introductions, and SoftCo Introductions

  • Move onboarding into a scalable monthly delivery model to reduce risk and create space for strategic work

  • Facilitate Welcome Events and maintain exceptional onboarding experience scores

  • Build and deliver leadership development sessions, including Lead‑to‑Lead (L2L), in partnership with Employee Success

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working with Employee Success teams or integrating leadership development programmes

  • Familiarity with SoftCo, Customer Success, or Professional Services environments

  • Knowledge of digital learning tools or eLearning content creation

  • Experience supporting internal communications or employer branding initiatives
